A.) f(4) = -5 + 3(4) = 7

B.) g(-3) = -2(-3)^2 + 5(-3) - 1 = -2(9) - 15 - 1 = -25

C.) f(x) - f(4) = (-5 + 3x) - (-5 + 3(4)) = -5 + 3x + 5 - 12 = 3x - 12

D.) f(x - 4) = -5 + 3(x - 4) = -5 + 3x - 12 = 3x - 17

E.) g(x + 1) = -2(x + 1)^2 + 5(x + 1) - 1 = -2(x^2 + 2x + 1) + 5x + 5 - 1 = -2x^2 - 4x - 2 + 5x + 4 = -2x^2 + x + 2
