Length = 2w - 4

Area = 70

length * width = 70

(2w - 4) * w = 70

2w*w - 4*w = 70

2w² - 4w -70 = 0

2w² - 14w + 10w - 10*7 = 0

2w (w - 7) + 10(w - 7) = 0

(w-7) (2w+10) = 0

w - 7 = 0 {Ignore 2w + 10,as measurement will not come in negative}

w = 7 m

length = 2w -4 = 2*7 - 4 = 14 -4 = 10 m
