Instead of having roast beef and mashed potatoes, u can substitute them for turkey and cauliflower. The carrots don’t have to be glazed with honey, and the dinner roll could be whole wheat. Plus, have milk instead of lemonade.


Instead of ham have turkey or chicken. The cheese can be low-fat, and remove the bacon. The bread could be whole wheat. Have an apple instead of chips, and have some water instead of soda
