Eukaryotic cells have gene for ribosome synthesis on specific cell nucleolus chromosome. DNA is the sequence of base pairs which get transcribed into mRNA. The codons are read by tRNA on mRNA and correct amino acid is brought to ribosome bound mRNA for protein synthesis.

Step-by-step explanation:

Cell nucleolus is a round shaped body present inside the nucleus of the eukaryotic cell. The nucleolus is responsible for manufacturing ribosomes. The nucleolus organizing region on specific chromosomes have gene for ribosome subunits synthesis.

DNA is the sequence of base pairs which stores genetic information. These base pairs are called genes which get transcribed into mRNA. Gene based transcription is the process in which DNA gets converted into RNAs as mRNA. The codons on mRNA ie set of triplets are recognized by tRNA and correct amino acid is brought to it during the process of translation.

Ribosome is a site for protein synthesis or translation in both eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells. The polypeptide chain of amino acid or primary protein chain is formed from the mRNA template. There are two subunits in ribosome the smaller one gets RNA bound to it and at the bigger units amino acids gets attached. In eukaryotic cells the ribosome is mostly bound with endoplasmic reticulum.
