I know this is a weird question and I feel stupid for asking this, but please help.

This should be using the wavelength-frequency formula: c=fλ

λ (Lambda) = Wavelength in meters

c = Speed of Light (
`3*10^(8)` m/s)

f = Frequency (Hz)

So 3e8/1 = 3e8 Hz
