Answer: SLOPE IS 31/-3

Explanation:

Ok so graph the points and look for the troganle that is forming between the two points and then count the height and the base and once you know the heihjt and base write it as height/base. So height goes first and then its base. As fracttion. So when I did this I got... m = 31 / -3
