1. Alissa can conclude that there are fewer students at her school that want to visit Japan (7) than Australia (13)

I'm not sure about the 2nd question so you can use it if you want or just wait if someone else gives a different answer

25 × 0.52 = 13 pets that don't have a home

25 - 13 = 12 pets that have a home

Pets that don't have a home is more than the pets that have a home

The statement is not misleading
