It’s order of operations it’s really easy
P- parentheses
E-exponents
M- multiply
D- divide
A- addition
S- subtraction
Do the problems in that order and u will get it answer

Answer: -4(x^2-2) or -4x^2+8

Explanation:

Addition and Subtraction second degree Polynomials & Factorization and it also requires PEMDAS too.

Remove the brackets so it's easier to calculate


3x^2+5+3-7x^2\\3x^2-7x^2+5+3

Arrange degree (Not important) (If you are expert then no need to.)


-4x^2+8

Then factor,


-4(x^2-2)
