In sexual reproduction, offspring are genetically different from parents because they are unique, they get a mix of genes from mom and dad. When an egg and a sperm fertilize/ come together they combine their genetic materials.

Answer:

In sexual reproduction offsprings are genetically different from the parents this is because they get the genes from two different organisms i. e. male and female organism. The offspring has the characteristics of both male and female parent so that's why offspring is different from their parents. While in asexual reproduction, the new organism is produced from a single organism so there is no variation in the offspring.
