So, the blue-painted part will be of size
((1)/(2) * (1)/(6)) = (1)/(12) part of the whole poster.

Again, Gerard divided her half into 5 equal sections and painted one section blue.

((1)/(2) * (1)/(5)) = (1)/(10) part of the whole poster.

Now, since 12 > 10, so,
(1)/(12) < (1)/(10)
