1. Doing more things that decrease your anxiety and cause more peace in your life. Things that disarm you and allow you to relax.
Example: listening to calming music, going on drives in the mountains

2. Minimizing situations that cause anxiety. If certain situations cause extreme fear every time attempt to avoid those situations or environments as much as possible
