In a working group, while one member, Nicole, shared another, Beth, made a rude comment under her breath. Nicole overheard Beth and told her it really upset her. Beth responded by telling Nicole she was being too sensitive. In a slightly raised voice, Nicole continued explaining why she was upset. Beth told Nicole to stop shouting and to calm down, which resulted in Nicole becoming even more frustrated. How should the group leader respond?

Answer:

Calm both of them down

Step-by-step explanation:

The group leader should stamp authority on both of them to calm down. Preferably do this by calling both them together side from the population and settle both of them dispute, try to understand what causes the argument and mid understanding and treat the case with wisdom. The manner of approach to this is been calm ,the responses of the group leader should be in a calm way calling both of them to order privately.
