Answer:

No solutions.

Explanation:

4x+8y=-11 (1)

X+2y=-7

Mutiply the second equation by -4:

-4x - 8y = 28

Now add this equation to equation (1):

0 + 0 = 17

which is absurd

So there are no solutions
