Let's take the

Then 25% of T is 20
Therefore our equation will be :
⇒ T x 25/100 = 20
Bring 100 to the other side
⇒ 25T = 2000
25 is a factor of both 25 and 2000, so it cancels out, and we are left with :
⇒ T = 80
