The value of x is
(4)/(12) = (1)/(3).

Explanation:

Step 1:

The numerator of the exponential is kept where it is whereas when converting an exponential into a radical, the denominator becomes the root of the variable. In this case, it is vice versa, the root of the variable becomes the denominator of the exponential.

The numerator of the exponential is 4 while the denominator is 3. There is also fourth root i.e. root to the power of 4.

Step 2:

So we multiply the 4 that is on the root with the denominator of the fraction
(4)/(3).

So
(4)/(3)( (1)/(4) )= (4)/(12) = (1)/(3).

Since x is the power of
(p)/(q), we have x =
(1)/(3) .
