Reorganize the problem into slope-intercept form so it'll be easier to understand. From there you'll have y = 4x - 7. Therefore, you're y-intercept will be -7. So all you need to do is put a dot on -7, lift up your pen or pencil, go 4 up, and 1 right, which is where you'll place your final dot. There you will have your two points on the graph
