foYour organization, a company that manufactures fitness equipment such as treadmills and elliptical machines, is about to introduce lean concepts into its operations in order to be more competitive with foreign manufacturers. The foreman from the assembly department, however, does not think that his employees have the time to be involved with the lean initiative. Provide a convincing argument about why it is important for the assembly line workers to play a part.

Assembly line workers are very important when they have to produce at a very large scale.

Step-by-step explanation:

An assembly line system is an assembling procedure wherein parts are included as the semi-completed gathering moves from workstation to workstation where the parts are included grouping until the last get together is delivered.

The assembly line system was significant during this time because of its motivation in large scale manufacturing. It permitted vehicles to be delivered less lavishly for both the customer and the organization. It set aside the organizations cash by helping them pay less for their work per vehicle delivered.
