If you were accused of being a "Red" how would you have defended yourself against McCarthy?

Hi just do the response not the last sentence in my question. But do it at least three sentences that are long because I normally end up doing about 6 or 7 but I would be fine with 4 or 5.

I'd defend myself by presenting evidence.

After you've shown all of the documentation, you get a lawyer who understands what they're doing for you, and you sue them in any manner you can. Once you've done that, you inform THEM of your rights and why accusing you of being a "Red" was needless.
