Explanation: A copyright is the right of an intellectual property granted by the laws of the land to the own or creator which gives him or her an all exclusive right to use with only few limitations. Instances of materials qualified for copyright laws includes; unique works of fiction, music, building structure, creative artworks and figures etc. These laws tends to encourage these creators as it gives them sense of ownership of their intellectual work. Only on few occasions are these intellectual works allowed to be use prio to asking permission from their owners, for example; when it is been used in school as part of research or training of students. This is refered to as fair use
