Answer: Aggressive and desperate

Explanation: most interviewers conclude on someone immediately by their handshake. An interviewer percieves a weakk handshake as a sign of weakness and unproductivity and a firm and vigorous handshake that last for a few seconds as confidence and positive spirit bit when it lass too long, the interviewer sees it as Aggressiveness, overconfidence and even rude. Handshakes are unspoken conversation or words and when it last too long it makes the interviewer feels the person is desperate and want him ( the interviewer) to see it that He needs the job badly and can do anything and is expecting their quick response.
