the integers are -28 and -29

Explanation:

Lets do math:

When i was little this was hard but now its pretty easy

look two consecutive numbers are like 1, 2, 3, their difference is usually 1

our equation looks like this:

-57=x+(x-1)

we add 1 to both sides and get:

-56=2x

divide by 2 because im smart

-28=x

thats one number but how 'bout the other one?

we just have to subtract 1 and get -29

the end.
