Answer:

y=-8/3x+1/3

Explanation:

A(-1,3) x1 =-1, y1 =3

B(2,-5) x2=2, y2 =-5

Slope=k=(y2-y1) /(x2-x1)

k=(-5-3)/(2+1)

k=-8/1

k=-8/3

y-y1=k(x-x1)

y-3=-8/3(x-(-1))

y-3=-8/3(x+1)

y-3=-8/3x-8/3

y=-8/3x-8/3+3

y=-8/3x-8/3+9/3

y=-8/3x+1/3
