People suppress their emotions most of the time. Conflict can involve letting out how you are feeling and can give you a voice. Keeping stuff in is stressful and speaking out can calm you down. Doing this can also help build relationships. When you argue over something, you are at a disagreement. Hearing what the other person has to say can bring both sides to a slight agreement. The downsides are that conflict CAN also destroy relationships and cause stress. Arguing over important topics to you with someone special can harm the relationship. Constant arguing can cause stress too. Having a disagreement with someone can upset you. It’s important to agree to disagree on something and meet in the middle. Sometimes if people aren’t willing to do that it can destroy their connection. Conflict can be a good thing sometimes, it helps you learn more about people, build relationships, express yourself, and let out unwanted bottled up emotions.

There are many answers to this, one of them being that conflict can build relationships and character between people. it can build relationships because you can have a conflict with someone and then solving that conflict, after that you can become friends or create a bond. you can build character because you can build up your personality with different things that your dealing with.
