Explanation:

4 = a(-1)² + b(-1)

4 = a - b

0 = a(6)² + b(6)

36a + 6b = 0

b = -6a

4 = a - (-6a)

7a = 4

a = 4/7

b = -24/7

y = (4/7)x² - (24/7)(x)
