Explanation:

Multiply each x value by 1/3 then add 2. Since the numerator is 1, you would multipy by one and divide by the denominator of 3, so you really need to divide each x value by 3 then add 2.

-6:

-6/3 = -2

-2 + 2 = 0

-3:

-3/3 = -1

-1 + 2 = 1

0:

0/3 = 0

0 + 2 = 2

3:

3/3 = 1

1 +2 = 3

6:

6/3 = 2

2 + 2 =4
