ABC is a triangle. The sides AB and AC are produced to D and E respectively such that angle DBC=132° and angle EBC=96°. Show that ABC is isosceles.​

Proof:

Ange EBC is 96° so the angle CBA is

180 - 96 ( angles on a straight line )

So angle CBA is 84°

I think ANGLE DBC SHOULD BE CORRECTED TO ANGLE DCB

And angle DCB is 132° so the angle BCA is equal to 48°

So to find BAC angle

48 + 84 + BAC = 180 ( interior angles of a triangle)

so angle BAC is 180 - 132

Which is again 48°

So the angles BAC = BCA

Hence the sides BC = BA

so ABC triangle is isosceles ( two angles and the two sides are equal)
