This is a simple calculation.

Typically you convert square miles into square kilometers. But you can apply this formula to both imperial and metric systems.

Formula:


Population Density = Population/Land Area

Here is what your equation looks like


Population density = 200/50^2

Calculate that and you get 0.08 people per square mile.
