Question

I was looking for a sphynx cat because both of my parents are allergic to cats so i thought, " Hey, maybe a hairless cat. " They said no anyway but i looked at them just because i was curious, and i couldn't find any sphynx cats on Adopt-A-Pet.com and i just went for regular cats cause i mean, im a very curious person. When i got over some of the cats, after i was adoring them and all that, i saw there was a " Act Soon " thing over their names and stuff. What does that mean..?
