Say you are trying to upload a photo to share with a photo sharing app. You see a non-specific errormessage, like "Sorry, something went wrong." List all the ways you can think of to try to fix or workaround the error.

1.I shall check the properties of the photo such as the dimensions and size to ensure theymeet the requirements of the photo sharing app.
2.I shall check if I have a working internet connection to ensure I am able to communicatethe photo sharing app’s server.
3.I shall check if the picture has been infected by a virus or malware by scanning it with anantivirus scanner.

Answer:

1.I shall check the properties of the photo such as the dimensions and size to ensure they meet the requirements of the photo sharing app.

2.I shall check if I have a working internet connection to ensure I am able to communicatethe photo sharing app’s server.

Step-by-step explanation:

Checking the properties of the photo constituting dimension(length and width) and size such as memory size(1 mb, 2mb or less than 1mb in kb) as well as checking photo file type or format(jpg, png etc) would help to know if it does meet the requirements to be uploaded to the photo sharing app as some websites and applications have requirements for upload to the their site such as size and file type.

Also checking for internet connection is another way to try and fix the error because usually errors such as the one mentioned,

"Sorry, something went wrong." could come from no internet connections.
