3. There's a sense of happiness and satisfaction one gets from helping others and this is what volunteering does, it helps boost personal wellness.

4. There are occasions when the urge to eat is very low, i.e, one not feeling hungry and it is very normal to skip eating during this period. It's not a sign of eating disorder.

A lot of people are reluctant to seek help for mental health issues because they are embarrassed and scared that people are going to judge,stigmatize and discriminate them.

A balanced life for a highschool student would be going to bed on time, eating a healthy meal,having good grades, having a part-time job, and helping parents with whatever needs to be done.
