Explanation:

expand the bracke

so -5(X+6) is -5x-30=15

so

-5x-30=15 ( add 30 so that no number in the equation) 15+30 is 45

-5x=45(divide by 5 as 45 is multiple of 5)

45/-5=-9 (positive / negative is negative)

X=-9
