I'm assuming "-6x2" is actually "6x^2"

f(x) = -6x^2 - 5x + 4

Plug in -2 for the x's

f(-2) = -6(-2)^2 - 5(-2) +4

f(-2) = -6(2) - 5(-2) + 4

f(-2) = -12 + 10 + 4

f(-2) = -12 + 14

f(-2) = 2
