Consent form is one of the most important step of a research. It is considered ethically and professionally important to inform the participant about the details of the research. Following are two pieces of information which needs to be a pat of the consent form;

1. The details about their identity and personal information. It should be clarified to them that how that information is going to be used.
2. The aims and objectives of the study along with any side effects that might be observed after or during the research. So the participant is ready.
