Sure!

You just plug each of the numbers into the inequality in-place of x.

For example: 10

40-12<24
28<24

Which is not true, so 10 is not a solution to the inequality. We do this for everything else as well.

-5 is a solution

0 is a solution

6 is a solution

12.5 is not a solution (we already proved that 10 wasn’t so, 12 is greater then 10, meaning it also won’t work)

9 is not a solution, 24<24 isn’t true as there isn’t a line beneath the less than sign, meaning 24 is not a solution.

Hope this helps!
