The probability that the keys belong to a white van is
(1)/(9) = 11.111%.

Explanation:

Step 1; To find the probability of any event we divide the number of favorable outcomes by the total number of outcomes. Here, the favorable outcome is choosing a white van's keys and the total number of outcomes is the total number of types and colors of vehicles.

Step 2; Based on the given information;

The number of types - 3,

The number of color variants = 3,

The total number of options = 3 × 3 = 9.

Step 3; The number of favorable outcomes = 1,

The total number of outcomes = 3 × 3 = 9,

Probability of the keys belonging to a white van =
(1)/(9) = 0.1111 = 11.111%.
