Formula for volume of cylinder;

V = π
r^(2)h

Where 'π' is pi(22/7 or 3.14), 'r' is the radius which is being squared, and 'h' represents the height.

Plug in your values given that;

8 in. = height

4 in. = radius

V = π
r^(2)h

V = 3.14(4^2) x 8

V = 3.14(16) x 8

V = 50.24 x 8

V = 401.92 cubic inches or
401.92^(3) inches is the volume.
