by synthetic division

x²+6x+2=0


x=(-6 \pm √(36-8) )/(2) \\or~x=(-6 \pm2√(7) )/(2) \\or ~x=-3\pm √(7) \\h(x)=(x-2)(x^2+6x+2)=(x-2)(x-3+√(7) )(x-3-√(7))
