Explanation:

since 60% is men the 40% are the 1380 women

1 way:

divide 40 and 1380 by 4 to find how many workers in 10%

- 40/4=10 1380/4=345 -> 10% are 345 workers

10%*10=100% 345*10=3450 workers in total

second way:

40%/2 = 20% 1380/2=690

100/20=5 690*5=3450
