F(x)=x², g(x)=x²/25.

When x=0, f=g=0.

But when x=5, then f=25 while g=1.

We also note that f=1 for x=1, but g=1 when x=5. This means that graph of g is the graph of f horizontally stretched by a factor of 5. So it's B.
