Percentage of city B employees ride bus to work is
10 + (xp)/(100) where x is the % of people who ride bus to work out of population p in City A.

Explanation:

We have , the percentage of city employees who ride the bus to work is 10% higher in City B than in City A,. In order to find what percentage of city employees in city B ride the bus to work? , let us assume that employees in city A is x . Number of employees in city B is 10% more than city A , i.e.
x + (10x)/(100) \\

which is equivalent to
(110x)/(100). Therefore, Percentage of city B employees ride bus to work is
10 + (xp)/(100) where x is the % of people who ride bus to work out of population p in City A.
