Yo sup??

given points are (-5,0),(0,4) and (2,4)

the given equation is

4x²+4y²+ax+by=0

let us plug in the point (-5,0) in the equation

4*(-5)²+0-5a+0=0

a=20

let us now plug in the point (0,4) in the equation

0+4*4²+0+4b=0

b=-16

therefore the final equation is

4x²+4y²+20x-16y=0

Hope this helps
