14. First you divide 25 by 5, which is 5. Then 5 divided by 5 which is 1. This means Willie can run 1 mile per 5 minutes. 70 divided by 5 is 14, and 14 x 1 is 14.

The answer is 14 miles, if he can run 5 miles in 25 minutes then that ratio(5:25) is equal to 1 mile every 5 minutes(1:5) so then in 70 minutes he can run 14 miles.
