Answer: Mis

the sentence is basically translating to I have 3 dogs.Spanish uses different plural and singular things to describe what is being owned. When saying something like "dogs" it referring to more than one so it would be Mis. While just my dog would be mi.

remember more than one thing being referred to owning is "mis" and just a singular thing would be "mi"
