Most people lacks motivation. They belief the system is already bad via the things they watch and see everyday and nothing anyone does can change that. Some others also have the mindset that they are a tiny portion of a large population or unit and nothing they do in goal acheivement will be obvious and lastly some are very lazy and have lackadaisical attitude towards their work, they are nonchalant and don't really believe in the goals of the company they are working for.they care less if anything goes bad or even go.they hardly want to be on board the progress of where ever they work.
