Which of the following statements is true? All types of eukaryotic cells have the same structure, appearance, and function. Different eukaryotic cells contain different numbers and types of organelles depending on the specific tasks they must perform. Bacterial cells contain membrane-bound organelles. Plant and animal cells have the same structure and organelles.

Answer: Different eukaryotic cells contain different numbers and types of organelles depending on the specific tasks they must perform.

Explanation: Organelle are subunit within a cell that have a specific function. Organelles are either enclosed or distinct within its lipid layers.

Eukaryote have different cell organelle that performs different function this include vacoule, mitochondria, cell wall, nucleus, flagellum, chloroplast.

Vacoule help in storage and transportation within body system, Chloroplast is the photosynthetic pigment helps trap sunlight.

Also, not all the organelles are present in all eukaryote it varies with the organism and the function they perform.

Green plant have chloroplast, flagellum is used by some eukaryotes for locomotion.

Hence all eukaryote have different organelle with specific function.

Answer: Different eukaryotic cells contain different numbers and types of organelles depending on the specific tasks they must perform

Step-by-step explanation:

Since living organisms with eukaryotic cells live in different environments and have diverse metabolic needs; each eukaryotic cell has organelles that have specific functions.

For instance:

Though, both fishes and humans have eukaryotic cells, they do not share all cellular organelles in common.

Thus, it is true that different eukaryotic cells contain different numbers and types of organelles depending on the specific tasks they must perform
