Here are data from several complementation experiments, involving rapid-lysis mutations in genes rIIA and rIIB. rIIA: L47 and L92

rIIB: L33, L40, L51, L62, L65, L91

Since L40 with L51 can't show complementation, L40 has a place with rIIB. Further, L40 with L33 can't show complementation demonstrating that L33 has a place with rIIB. Further, L33 and L47 show complementation and L47 and L92 don't show complementation, henceforth L92 and L47 has a place with rIIA. Along these lines all groups can be allocated.
