If a function is even them f(x) = f(-x), so here we have:

f(-x) = 6(-x)^2 + 5(-x)

= 6x^2 - 5x so it is not even.

If it is odd then -f(x) = f(-x) so:

- f(x) = - 6x^2 - 5x which is not equal to f(-x) so it is neither.
