1) Counterclaim-A statement that responds to and defends against something

(When someone makes a false claim on the other person ,then the other person can defend himself by making a counterclaim)

Step-by-step explanation:

1) Counterclaim-A statement that responds to and defends against something

(When someone makes a false claim on the other person ,then the other person can defend himself by making a counterclaim)

2) If a claim is logical, that means it is founded on fact

(A claim that is base on logic means that it supported by appropriate fact and figures and not just that it is based on someone's opinion)

For Example:If Scientist claim that the earth is round then they have certain facts and figure to prove the same .

3) Argumentation is based on logic while persuasive writing uses emotion.

An argument is done to defend oneself or somebody .So it has to be based on logic and not emotions.Whereas Persuasive writing uses emotions because it focuses directly on the emotions of the individual, using statements that impact the tastes, desires, beliefs, value and ideologies of a person is persuasive writing.
