First you have to find the slope of the line

m = y2-y1/x2-x1

m = -3 - 3/-2 - -1

m = -6/-1

m = 6

then using the y = mx +b

3 = 6(-1) + b

3 = -6 + b

9 = b

y = 6x + 9 B is the answer

Answer:

B. y=6x+9

Explanation:

m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

m=(-3-3)/(-2+1)= (-6)/(-1)= 6

m=6

y=mx+b y=6x+b

plug in one of the points for b

-3=6(-2)+b -3=-12+b -3+12= 9

y=6x+9
