The answer is A- physical activity reduces risk of developing various diseases. It’s not B because you still need sleep, and it’s not C because you still need a balanced diet. It couldn’t be D either, since it can’t completely prevent certain diseases you may be prone to from your DNA, but it greatly decreases your risk.
